What mixes well with pineapple juice?

Pineapple plays well with most fruits actually; it’s pretty versatile. I think coconut is the classic pairing with pineapple, but lemon and lime do very well, too. Other tropical fruits, such as mango, papaya, and banana, would be the next obvious choices.
But, consider experimenting with peach, nectarine, berries, tamarind, or watermelon juices. I bet mixing Tajin, watermelon, and pineapple would be really yummy. That may be my next mocktail recipe!

Can you use canned pineapple juice for cocktails?

Absolutely! However, if you’re getting your pineapple juice from canned pineapple, make sure that the pineapple is packed in juice, not water or syrup. That would obviously change the taste of your mocktail/cocktail.
